TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

• These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between you and us. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully.

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect from the date they are published on our website.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept any amendments to these Terms and Conditions unless agreed in writing.

• Any failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect our right to enforce any other provision.

• These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through Pennata.it.

• By placing an order on Pennata.it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.


ORDER & CONFIRMATION

  1. Your order is sent directly to our secure back-office system for processing. Once we have received your order and payment, our team will pick, pack, and dispatch your item(s).

  2. Our aim is to dispatch all UK mainland orders within 3–5 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) from order confirmation.

  3. International orders are normally dispatched within 5–10 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). If there are any issues relating to your order, we will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours from the next working day after your order has been placed.

  4. Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation including tracking details. Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery. If you have not received your order within 7–10 working days (Monday–Friday) from order confirmation and have not been contacted by our sales team, please contact us at info@pennata.it quoting your order number, surname, and address, and we will update you on your order status.

  5. Orders placed after 16:00 (4:00 PM) will begin processing on the next working day.

  6. The contract between you and Pennata is formed only when we send you the shipping confirmation.

If we are unable to verify your residential address, your order may be deemed invalid. Pennata reserves the right to refuse orders at its discretion.


DELIVERY

  1. Delivery is free within the European Union. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) from order confirmation.

  2. If you are unavailable when our delivery partner attempts delivery, they will usually attempt delivery again on the next working day or leave a card offering collection from a local pick-up point. Saturday delivery may be available upon request and may incur an additional charge in accordance with the courier’s rates at the time.

  3. We will deliver goods only to the address provided at the time of your order. If an alternative delivery address is requested after the order has been placed, we may carry out additional verification checks before dispatching your order.

  4. The Products will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the Customer at checkout.

  5. Pennata reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or cancel delivery or any obligation arising from the sales agreement in cases of suspected fraud, non-performance, or breach of obligations by the Customer in relation to previous orders.

  6. If an order cannot be delivered or collected from a pick-up centre, or if a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return and re-shipment.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

  1. We offer a free exchange policy. This means that you will not be charged additional delivery costs when replacement item(s) are dispatched. However, the cost of returning items to us is non-refundable. Unwanted items must be returned at the customer’s expense, in their original packaging and condition. If you would like us to provide an estimate for return shipping, please contact us by email. Otherwise, returns should be sent to:

  1. Refunds are only issued if products are unused and returned in their original condition. Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. All items must be returned with the original label intact. When trying on clothing items, please handle them with care and avoid wearing perfume or applying force that may leave marks or damage.

  2. If you wish to return an item to Pennata, you may do so within 30 days of delivery by sending an email to info@pennata.it, including your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. You will then receive the necessary instructions to proceed with your return and obtain a refund or replacement.


PRICE & PAYMENT

  1. All prices are inclusive of UK and Isle of Wight VAT but exclusive of delivery charges, which will be indicated at checkout.

All European Union countries are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout.

Countries outside the European Union are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning displayed prices exclude taxes, duties, and UK VAT. International orders may be subject to taxes and customs duties determined by the destination country’s customs authority. Payment of such duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Pennata has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

All prices are shown in euros, regardless of the country of purchase.

  1. Prices displayed on our website may occasionally differ if you are directed from a third-party website. Purchases at those prices can only be made online through the relevant third-party link and will not be available in-store or by telephone.

  2. Prices, offers, and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable, we may offer you an alternative.

  3. Prices and promotions advertised online may differ from those offered in-store. We are under no obligation to honour in-store prices or promotions if they differ from those online, and vice versa.

  4. While we endeavour to ensure all pricing information on the website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error, we may, at our discretion, either contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order. We are not obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price. Promotional prices are valid only for the specified period.


AVAILABILITY

  1. All product information on this website is provided as a guide to assist you in selecting the correct items. If an item is shown as out of stock, we will dispatch it once it becomes available from our manufacturing partners.


EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

  1. Pennata shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under a contract caused by events beyond our reasonable control.


LAW & JURISDICTION

  1. Contracts for the purchase of Products through our website shall be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from or related to such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
