TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

GENERAL

·       These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and yourself. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully.

·       We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website.

·       These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these Terms and Conditions.

·       Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.

·       These terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through Pennata.com.

·       By ordering from Pennata.com you agree to these conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with us.

 

ORDER & CONFIRMATION

1.      Your order is sent directly to our secure back office system for processing. Once we have received your order and payment, our staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item.

2.      Our aim is to dispatch all UK mainland orders between 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays) from your order confirmation.

3.      International orders are normally 5-10 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays). We will endeavour to contact you within 48hrs from the next business working day from the placement of your order, if there are any issues relating to it. 

4.      On completion of your order you will receive an email notification which will include tracking details for your parcel, please note that your parcel will require a signature on receipt. However, If after 7-10 working days (Mon-Fri) from order confirmation you have not received your order and one of our sales team has not been in contact with you, please contact us service@pennata.com quoting your order number or surname and address and we will update you on your order status.

5.      Please note that any orders placed after 16.00hrs will automatically start processing from the following day of business.

6.      The contract between you and Pennata is formed only when Pennata sends you the shipping confirmation.

In the event that Pennata is unable to determine your residential address your order will not be valid. Pennata claims the right in individual cases, to refuse orders.

 

DELIVERY

7.      Delivery is free within the European Union. Our aim is to dispatch all orders between 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays) from your order confirmation.

8.      If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. Saturday deliveries may be available upon request but this will incur an extra charge as per the courier’s rate at the time.

9.      We will only deliver goods to the address provided on your order. If another delivery address is provided after an order is received, we will make further checks to verify this address and once verified we will dispatch your order accordingly. 

10.    The Products will be shipped to the delivery address indicated on the order by the Customer.

11.    Pennata reserves the right at its own discretion to refuse, suspend or cancel the delivery or any of its obligations deriving from the sales agreement in the case of alleged fraud, non-performance or violation by the Customer of its obligations assumed with Pennata in previous orders and/or sales agreements. 

12.    If an order cannot be delivered or collected at a pick-up center, or if a shipment will be returned to us due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges related to the shipment.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

13.    We offer a free exchanges policy. This means that you will not be charged delivery again when your replacement item(s) are sent out. The cost of returning the items to us will not be refunded. Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. If you wish us to give you an estimate for this please sends us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to: Pennata – Office Gold, Building 3 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5YA - UK

14.    The refund is only offered if the products are not used and returned to Pennata in their original condition. Items that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. All items will only be honoured if the label remains intact. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care, do not use unnecessary force and that you are not wearing perfume which may leave a scent or marks on the item.

15. If you wish to return your item to Pennata you may do so within 30 days after delivery of your order by sending an email to office@pennata.com, including your order number, which item you want to return and why you want to return it. You will then receive the necessary information in order to proceed with your return and getting your refund or replacement product.

PRICE & PAYMENT

16.    All prices are inclusive of United Kingdom and Isle of White VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed. All countries within the European Union are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means that taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout. Countries outside the European Union are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means that the prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as United Kingdom and Isle of White VAT. International orders are subject to and may incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however Pennata has no control over such fees.

 

17.    From time to time the prices displayed on our website may be different if you are directed to it from a third party website. Purchases at these prices can only be made on our website and by arriving on it through a relevant third party website; these prices will not be available in-store or over the telephone.

 

18.    Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.

 

19.    On occasion, the prices payable and promotions offered in respect of goods advertised on the website may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time in-store. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on the website. Similarly, our store is under no obligation to honour any website price or promotion in the event that they differ from those in-store.

 

20.    Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period. All prices are in euro regardless country.

 

 

AVAILABILITY

21.    All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide to help find the correct products. If you are ordering goods that are showing out of stock we will dispatch them when they are received from our manufacturing.

 

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

22.    Pennata will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by any act, event, or accident outside our reasonable control.

 

LAW & JURISDICTION

23.    Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction or the Courts of England and Wales
